Description: The Lauga dress is made of nicely draping cupro in the Näkki pattern. The dress has a small standing collar with gathers and a slit that is tied with narrow ribbons at the front neckline. The raglan sleeves have cuffs and slits with ribbon closures at the sleeve ends. There are pockets at the side seams. The straight dress has a relaxed fit.

Cupro is an artificial fibre made from cellulose that requires less water, fertilizers, and pesticides to grow than for example cotton.

Maija Isola’s artwork covers an amazingly wide range of motifs and design techniques. The Näkki (male water spirit) print displays a wavy rhythm of dense stripes.

Washing instructions: Shrinkage max. 5%. Follow the washing temperature given. Wash with like colours. Wash inside out. Iron on reverse side. Must be ironed after washing.
